			Often times, fitness can seem like a daunting task.  You may even feel like you are alone in the struggle; not even knowing where to start.  Give Core Results a try.  We will walk you step by step through the process and guide you along the path to a healthier life.

			Remember, your first session is free.  It is your time and can be used for whatever you want.  Usually it will be used to talk about your health and fitness history, where you'd like to see yourself in the future, and answer any questions you may have.  Once all your questions have been answered we will actually work out for the remaining time.
			


			We love talking to people about fitness.  So even if you are unsure about personal training, give us a try.  We'd love to speak with you.  Remember it doesn't cost you a dime until you decide it is worth your time and money.
