Core Results Personal Training is currently teaching people from all over the Raleigh Cary Triangle area how to meet their fitness goals with personal training in home as well as in a semi-private studio. While offering something for everyone; our personal trainers specialize in improving the fitness level of our client's core (or midsection). Core Strength is the foundation for every single activity you do during your day; whether that is playing a sport or sitting in a chair. (philosophy 2)

Our personal trainers accomplish this improvement using Functional Training. Simply put, that is training that mimics the movements we use it in everyday life: bending, twisting, lifting, etc. (philosophy 3)

If you are looking for good old fashioned weight loss and toning; never fear! There is no better way to lose inches and gain muscle than with full body functional training.

Attention: Golfers

Core Results Personal Training designs fitness programs that are highly specialized to the golf game. There are three areas that our trainers pay special attention to with golfers: power, range of motion, and balance.

Power: It is an often overlooked area by personal trainers; however we feel it is of the utmost importance. Power the ability to do a desired task in the shortest amount of time while remaining in constant control. It is the foundation of the golf swing as with most sports movements. This most directly relates to club head speed.

Range of motion (flexibility): Can you rotate your trunk enough to allow for a full backswing? Are your hamstrings too tight and therefore you cannot achieve the proper address position. These are two of the most common range of motion limitations found in the golf game. Range of motion directly relates to your ability to make a full, pain free swing in the proper position.

Balance: Since the golf swing is such a complex, powerful movement that creates an immense amount of torque on the downswing, you must remain balanced throughout. Balance directly relates to your ability to drive the club head through the hitting zone while at the same time distributing your weight properly through your lower body.

We favor complex exercises that mimic movements found in the golf swing that often tap all three pillars of athletic fitness at once: power, ROM, and balance.

"I have been a low single digit handicap golfer for several years. Within the past 4 months, I started working with Core Results Personal Training and started to notice that my new found flexibility was allowing me to improve the quality of my swing and performance. My swing coach instantly noticed the improvement and commented that my hamstring strength and core strength had improved faster than he had ever seen in his students. My golf swing is stronger, faster, and my performance has been much improved with me shooting some of my lowest scores in my life."

While working out with Raymond I can say I felt healthier, had more energy, was thinner and more toned than ever. I truly felt good about the way I looked. I have recommended Raymond to other friends of mine who also had similar positive experiences.
