Chris Connelly, M.S., CSCS

Chris Connelly brings an impressive resume to Core Results as a personal trainer. He’s an elite runner with an equally impressive academic background.

In college, Chris was a D1 cross country runner and track athlete at Sacred Heart. In cross country, he was all-conference three times, twice all-New England, twice all-east. In track, he was conference champion in the steeplechase, twice all-conference and won a medal in the 4×800 relay. His personal best running times include:

  • Mile: 4:12
  • 5k: 14:15
  • 8k: 24:35
  • 10k: 31:34

As you can see, Chris can run… but what about his academics? He’s got the credentials you are looking for in a personal trainer. As an undergrad, he studied Exercise Science, and then went on to get his masters in Exercise Science and Nutrition. In addition to the diplomas, he also holds certifications from the two most respected organizations in the industry – the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine.

So what does all this mean to you as the client? It means that you’ve got a trainer who knows what it takes to perform at the highest level and has the knowledge to help you reach it too.

I have been training with Chris for about 6 months and I have been very satisfied.
