Andrew Laird, B.S., CPT

Andrew has 8 years of personal training experience in a variety of disciplines, specializing in postural correction and functional training. He’s the go to trainer for clients suffering from recurring pain and muscle aches due to musculoskeletal imbalances.  His easy going personality quickly helps clients feel comfortable and at ease.

Andrew’s interest in health and fitness came first through playing sports in high school and has now translated to a love for kayaking, half marathons, and Spartan races.

“I love personal training for multiple reasons. I started out because I wanted a profession where I could always stay in shape but my perspective quickly changed. I developed a love for helping people and that moment when clients suddenly realize that they can do something they thought impossible.”
