Cory Laidlaw, B.S., NASM-CPT

  • B.S in Exercise and Wellness, Brigham Young University
  • Member of the cross-country team
  • NASM certified
  • CPR/AED certified

Cory developed a love for running early in her life while participating on her cross country and track teams in high school.  Pursuing her own fitness goals helped her to develop a passion for being in shape and feeling healthy. She then began expanding her knowledge base by exploring other types of exercise such as weight training, circuit training, and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Quickly, Cory realized she couldn’t get enough and wanted to learn as much as she could about health and fitness! She went on to pursue a degree in Exercise and Wellness at BYU University and became a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She loves helping others not only reach their fitness goals, but develop a passion for a healthier lifestyle. Outside of training you will find her hiking, traveling, and going on adventures in the mountains.
