Noel has always been fascinated with fitness and medicine which is what drove him to pursue a career in physical therapy. Â He understands that a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, as well as exercise prescription, are vital skills for a good physical therapist to possess. Â Becoming a personal trainer seemed to be a natural step in the process! Â He has completed rotations in hospital and rehab facilities as well as orthopedic clinics, which has given him the expertise to progress exercise for individuals with various orthopedic injuries and medical conditions safely and effectively.
Personally, Noel has a history in classic physique bodybuilding which gives him first-hand experience into the rigors of intense training and high nutritional standards. Â He has since taken more of a holistic approach to health, exercise, and nutrition in recent years. Â However, he feels like his experience both personally and professionally at both ends of the training spectrum, makes him good asset for a wide variety of client needs and goals. Â When not training clients, Noel enjoys going on walks with his wife and golden retriever, as well as attending UNC football and basketball games.
