Tyler’s passion for the health and fitness industry started when he decided to make his own personal decision to start living a healthier lifestyle. He struggled with being overweight and having never stepped foot inside of a gym for most of his youth. He was introduced to fitness after graduating high school and became addicted to working out once he started seeing results. Since then he has never looked back, and has dedicated his career to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
