Safety Measures

Hey friends,

In coordination with North Carolina’s Reopening Plan set forth by Governor Cooper, Phase II is scheduled to commence this Friday, May 22nd. This allows us to open for in-gym training on Monday, May 24th.

In preparation for reopening, we wanted to share with you all the additional precautions we are taking to protect you and our trainers. Check them out below.

Additional Safety Measures:

  1. Your trainer will meet you at the door at the beginning of your session to take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer. Anyone over 100.4 will not be allowed to workout and will NOT be charged.
  2. Four (4) clients and (4) trainers on the workout floor maximum allowing 6 feet of social distance. This includes you and your trainer.
  3. We ask that you enter the facility no earlier than your start time and exit immediately following your session. Exception: Clients that need to change/shower may enter early and leave later however we ask there be a one-person limit in the changing/shower area.
  4. We will be ending workouts 3 minutes early to allow clients to exit prior to the next client entering and allow trainers time to do additional cleaning.
  5. We’ll continue the suspension of the late cancellation policy if you have cold or flu-like symptoms.
  6. Hand Sanitizer will be provided at the door.
  7. We will continuously wipe surfaces and equipment.
  8. No water fountain. We ask you to bring your own water.
  9. We are not going to require masks in the gym. However, if your trainer needs to approach you in order to spot a heavy lift, they will wear a mask.
  10. In Raleigh, valet service is suspended until further notice
